12 weeks

Hey dude

 you are twelve weeks old today

and you are as awesome as can be

You now weigh 14 pounds

You love to smile

Sometimes you will smile at someone and 

then throw your face into the chest of whoever is holding you 

like you are shy all of the sudden 

It's pretty cute 

This week we went on some walks and

hung out with Jackson, Allie Mae, Colin and Noah

Over the weekend we "supervised" while daddy and Pa worked in the backyard. They are on a mission to tear out all the nasty old landscaping and make it pretty. Two loads of branches have been dropped off to become mulch. The yard is still covered in branches so we will attack it again after our upcoming trip.

We did lots of errands and packing to get you and mommy ready for daycare and work. You went to your first day of daycare and mommy her first day of work. We both did awesome. Daddy had to be away from us for a business trip and we all survived that even though we missed each other. 

You have your first sickness

It's a cold

You are stuffy, sneezy, coughy little boy

The humidifier and saline will be your new bff until you get better

You also got two immunizations on our delayed schedule

We have a busy week ahead of us:

You have two more days of daycare this week

CU Spring Game Saturday

Daycare Mon/Tuesday/Thursday

Church Sunday and Wednesday

Then Thursday night we leave for Texas

In the middle of all that other stuff we need to get you healthy and pack

Yikes!

I hope you get lots of sleep the next couple of days and
are feeling 100% for our big trip.
