We have finally started working on the bathroom again!!!
On Wednesday we had a plumber come and put in a new valve for us.
As far as we are concerned, plumbing is not meant for DIY.
This afternoon we took off for the hardware store with a list of things to pick up...
Insulation, 3mm plastic sheeting, staples, cement board, cement board screws, tape for cement board, jig saw blade for cement board...do you see a pattern here.
When we got home we ate a hot and ready and then got to work.
Shower niche is installed.
Insulation is over half way installed.
Tomorrow we will finish the insulation and start to install the cement board.
We are ready to get this done.
I really miss having a bathroom upstairs when I have to pee at night.
We'll see how tomorrow goes.
