we have water

the plumber came over at 8 this morning.
we now have a working toilet and tub/shower faucets.
i can't tell you how excited i am.
really, i am beyond excited.

who knew how wonderful it is to have a toilet on the same level as your bedroom? i do now and i'm NEVER.GOING.BACK. to being toilet-less on the bedroom level.

this weekend craig will continue to mud/sand the walls.
i will work on restoring our vanity. we are determined to make it beautiful once again. who am i kidding, it's always been ugly. i WILL give it new life though!

after that we just have to:

• texture/paint the walls
• continue to clean the tile of the nasty grout residue
• and on and on and on

don't every let anyone tell you renovating is easy.
we are nearing the end.
i am happy.
